About the event
Step outside, slow down and reconnect with the land that surrounds us.
Join Natalia Correa, founder of Ashtanga Yoga Squamish, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Herbal Medicine practitioner, for an early evening that moves through the body, the forest and the season.
We'll gather at the estuary for a welcome circle, then walk out toward the beach for forest bathing and breathwork, learning what that practice does for the nervous system by actually doing it. We'll sit for a few minutes with the wind before heading back.
At the library there's a cup of Natalia's signature chai waiting, and a chance to guess the herbs in it. Over food, Natalia will talk about the turn we're in.
